For your convenience Peak Performance is now able to accept online appointment requests.  Online scheduling is easy and it provides 24/7 convenience!

You will need to create an account login and password the first time you use this system. Times shown are currently available. There may be the rare occurrence that 2 people request the same time at once; if that happens you will hear from us in order to discuss the options.

Once you submit your request you will receive a verification email. After your appointment has been accepted by Peak Performance you will receive a confirmation email; please keep an eye out for this.  If you do not see verification or confirmation within 24 hours (M-Th) or by the next business day, please call to verify your request has been received.
